IMPORTANT NOTICES:

The next open enrollment period begins November 1, 2025 for a January 1, 2026 effective date.  Applications received outside of open enrollment will only be accepted if you experience a qualifying event. Qualifying events include the loss of other coverage (such as employer sponsored coverage) or involuntary loss of individual coverage (such as COBRA coverage running out).

Individual/Family medical coverage is available to all ages (except those entitled to Medicare Part A or enrolled in Part B) on a guarantee issue basis. You cannot be denied due to pre-exisiting conditions or current health status.
