Heidi Howard, President

Heidi has over 24 years of experience with The Vigue Company, obtaining her Oregon Health and Life Insurance License in May 2000. Heidi graduated from Southwestern Oregon Community College in 1993 and attended Southern Oregon State College in Ashland, OR, before returning home to North Bend.  She spent 5 years as Coordinator of Visitor Services at the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce prior to starting her career in the insurance industry.

Heidi worked alongside Dick Vigue for over 15 years, "learning the ropes" of the insurance business and developing close, trusting relationships with the employer groups that we represent.  She took ownership of the company on July 1, 2015. She oversees and coordinates the renewals, service and support of our Group Benefit Plans as well as staying up-to-date on current Health Care Reform issues on a State and National level.  Heidi is also certified to work with Medicare plans.

Heidi is currently serving on the Agent Advisory Panel for Pacific Source Health Plans.  She is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the National Association of Health Underwriters. 

Heidi served on the McKay’s Markets Board of Directors from August 2017 through December 2022, she completed a 3-year term on the Advanced Health Board of Directors from June 2016 through June 2019 and she served on the Oregon Producer Advisory Council for Moda Health. 

When Heidi is not in the office taking care of our clients' needs, you can find her at home with her family.  She and her husband were born and raised in the Coos Bay/North Bend area and they, along with their three daughters, enjoy spending time outdoors, camping and exploring new places.

Jami Quinn, Account Manager

Jami has over 18 years of experience with The Vigue Company, obtaining her Oregon Life and Health Insurance License in July 2006. She also held her Series 6 and 63 licenses for over 7 years while working beside Dick Vigue for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.  

Jami is dedicated to keeping our office functioning smoothly on a daily basis and has worked alongside Heidi to build trusting relationships with our clients. She handles the administrative side for our employer groups and individual clients (i.e. processing of renewals & quotes, following up on payment and/or claim issues, enrollment submission, information research, etc). Jami is also certified to work with the Federally Facilitated Marketplace.

When she's not at the office, Jami is spending time with her husband and two daughters. They love to cook and travel. Jami is always looking for opportunities to volunteer for organizations and programs she has a spirited interest in - such as the Egyptian Theatre Preservation Association and SMART (Start Making A Reader Today).
